PROJECT ESTABLISHMENT 

The project establishment phase of work allows all information relevant to the design process to be either collected or discussed and incorporated into future results. This phase intends to allow all parties to mobilise and adequately engage in business. To do this, we will organise a meeting with the client and discuss what they would like to achieve from this project. During this phase, we will also engage with subcontractors such as geotechnical engineers and site surveyors to gain a better understanding of the site.
